To draw

I want to share with you a hanger I have recently made.
My background was made with Ecolines.
Next step was adding some tissue with beautiful poppies.

I also used a stencil to make some circles, later outlined.
Then I added a sentiment stamped on tissue paper and some gesso through another stencil.
To finish off I made some stitches and glued some stickers to my piece.

For a Wedding

I want to show you today a Wedding Card I made for my friends.
I made my own background with Ecolines, later stamped with handwriting stamp.

I have added a part of an old collar  with nice lace to embellish the card.

I put lots of flowers and leaves, some gauze and a metal heart with some gems.
Then I sprayed everything with LSG sprays and finish off adding some gesso to highlight the embellishments.

GD Spot

I am thrilled and happy to be a GD for Frilly and Funkie, one of my faves blog where you can meet fantastic Designers and admire their works.

The theme of the current challenge is: You are my inspiration.

                                             Frilly and Funkie

I was inspired by those beautiful Ancient Roman Glass Artifacts'photo I spotted while reading a book about Rome.

I immediately thought about a bottle I have been hoarding for a long time and decided to alter the glass to make it older and rare.

I started with gluing the chipboard letters and some microbeads to the surface I used soft gel matte medium. Next step was giving a solid coat of white gesso to the whole bottle. When it was dry I coloured all with dylusions acrylic paints and ink sprays. I also rubbed some metallic gilding wax on. To finish off I added some texture stamping and some metal junk from my drawers.

I'm sorry I can't share with you any more pictures  I have taken during the process - my camera simply refused to cooperate with me this time :(((

A Domestic Animal

Today I am sharing a tag I made inspired by my cat behaving as I was her slave. She does it quite often and makes me laugh!
I made my own background  with ecolines.

It was later stamped and some texture paste was stenciled.

To finish off I added some die cuts, the cat's image and the saying.
Oh, and I made cat's whiskers from tiny wire.
Hope you like it.

Steampunk box

Welcome to a new challenge at Try it on Tuesday.
This time our theme is Steampunk/Mechanical.
Have some fun, think of strange machines, cogs, wheels,  etc.
You can use any  style. mediums  , format you wish as long as you use our theme.

Pop this on your blog to find us fast!

My take on the theme is an altered cardboard box where I put together almost every junk from my desk's drawers!
To make it look even more used I covered parts of it with special rust effect medium from Stamperia.
