I love altering things....
This time I have altered a wooden frame to match this beautiful photo my son took last year.
I wanted this frame to be a follow-up of the background.
I have used heavy modeling paste and texture paste through the stencil, covered all with gesso and then coloured it with acrylic paints and splashes of inks.
The theme of our new challenge over at Try it on Tuesday is NATURE .

This frame reflects the background colour here so well and make the bird really take his place as King Fisher!! The texture you have created is wonderful giving the photo a beautiful surrounding! Hugs, Chrisx
