Coffee

Hello Everyone,

Today, I am super excited to be Guest Designer at Inkspirational Challenge Blog.

This time they have beautiful photo to inspire your creativity.

As a coffee lover I was more than happy to make a tag reflecting the picture.
The background is made of acrylic paints put through the stencil.
Next I collaged some images and metal parts.

Pls visit the main blog for amazing projects by Design Team and more details about  the challenge.

I 'm also linking this to Tag Tuesday where the theme is 'Use a quote'.
Although I' m not sure if the saying can be called a quote :)

Love is in the Air

Today is the start of the new challenge at Try it on Tuesday.
Our theme is Love is in the Air and we hope to see lots and lots of this theme's rendering.

 is entirely up to yourselves.

This time I decided to alter a cardboard tea box to make a proper container for Valentine's treat.

Started with collaging some piece of scrap paper.

Then I used 3 colours of acrylic mousse  to unify the background.

Added some texture stamping.

I embellished my box with a stamped heart, atiny flower and some moss.
The closing on the back is made with a metal badge and a piece of magnet.

Off to Collage

 Lula

Hi there! I'm very exciting today as  it is my debut as a designer over at Stamps and Stencils.

                                                            Stamps and Stencils

Our theme for this month is ,,Off to Collage''.
Cec is hosting the challenge and that is what she wants us to do:
No I am not sending you to school but thought it might be fun this month to make a collage. You can use any substrate such as canvas, corrugated cardboard, wood, or canvas boards for instance and add any items to it as long as you include some stamping and/or stenciling.

My take on the theme is an altered leaflet. I liked the shape of it  and decided to make a hanger for my friend who is a devoted angler.

I started with making a template on tracing paper.

Next I prepared some pieces of coloured and stamped paper.

I fussy cut the stripes.

Then I made fins from corrugated cardboard, some gills and an eye.

Almost completed....

To finish my fish off I added some gold texture paste through the stencil.

I also outlined the elements with Inktense pencil, added a black button for an eye and mounted the fish on a frame.
