Today I would like to show you my small (5x6 cm) altered metal case.
I made it for my husband Andrzej, who is due to hospital for a serious surgery next week. Something he could keep in a pocket to cheer him up.
He is a retired Navy officer that's why I used some naval accents.
The inscription means ,, Go bravely".
I started with gluing some pieces of paper towel to the case. Then I gessoed all and added chipboars inside it. Then it was time for colouring all with inks, mists and gelatos. I also rubbed some Inka Gold cooper to the surface.
Next I added some stamped images, metal embellishments and stenciled some crackles.
I would like to join the following challenges:
I admire my husband for the courage he is fighting with his disease.
świetne!
