As for the details: 

First I covered the cardboard with gesso using a mask and dried it. 

 Then using another mask I put some Wendy Vecchi embossing paste which I have coloured with yellow ink.

After drying I used some inks and glimmer mists to add a bit of colour and some stamping. 

I cut out the frame, gessoed it using a mask and added some  stamping .

 At the end I added stamped sun, a sentiment and an image cut out of an old paper.
